Why curated reading still matters
The internet publishes more in a minute than any person can read in a year. Galahlinks exists to slow that down. Our editors handpick stories that inform, challenge, and reward attention, then frame them with a short note on why they are worth your while.
We believe good reading changes how you think. Each pick earns its place by being useful, surprising, or beautifully argued, never just loud or new.

Curiosity first
We follow what genuinely interests us, from sleep science to indie games, and trust that shared curiosity builds a real community of readers.
Earned attention
No clickbait, no SEO filler, no auto-shared listicles. Every link is read, considered, and recommended by a human editor before it reaches you.
Context over volume
We publish a small number of stories each day and add a short editorial note to each, so you know what you are about to read and why it matters.
The best reading list is the one your smartest friend would send you, with a sentence on why each piece matters.

How we choose what to publish
Our editors start each morning with a shared list of around forty to sixty candidate links, drawn from independent writers, established publications, academic blogs, and reader submissions. We then narrow it down together, debating and trimming until only the strongest remain.
We weigh originality, depth, accuracy, and craft. A piece must teach us something, shift a perspective, or tell a story we will remember a week later. Anything that feels rushed, repetitive, or trend-chasing gets cut.
